Welcome to Mirax. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of mirax-canada.com and all related services. Please read them carefully before registering an account. By creating an account or using the site, you confirm that you've read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
If you're an Ontario resident, your use of Mirax is also subject to the standards and requirements set by iGaming Ontario, the provincial body responsible for regulating online gambling in Ontario.
You must meet all of the following conditions to use Mirax:
We reserve the right to verify your eligibility at any time. If you don't meet these requirements, don't register. If we discover you don't meet them after registration, we'll close your account.
You can only hold one account on Mirax. Duplicate accounts are not allowed and will be closed. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Using false information, including a fake name or date of birth, is a serious breach of these terms.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Don't share your password with anyone. If you think your account has been accessed without your permission, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
We're required by Canadian anti-money laundering laws and our regulatory obligations to verify the identity of all players. This means you'll need to provide government-issued photo ID and proof of address before you can make withdrawals. We may also ask for additional documents at any point.
Accounts that haven't completed verification may have withdrawal requests held until the process is complete. We know it's not the most exciting part of signing up, but it protects everyone.
All transactions on Mirax are processed in Canadian dollars (C$). We support a range of payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and e-wallets. Specific methods available to you may vary depending on your province.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method you've previously used to deposit, or to a verified bank account in your name. We don't send funds to third parties.
Processing times vary by payment method. E-wallet withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfers. We aim to process all withdrawal requests within 72 hours of approval, but this may take longer during high-volume periods or if additional verification is needed.
Mirax offers various bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, and expiry dates. These terms are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms and Conditions.
Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use. Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through coordinated play, multiple accounts, or other methods we consider abusive will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time. We'll give reasonable notice where possible.
All games on Mirax are provided by licensed third-party software suppliers. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs). You can view the return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game in the game information section.
Malfunction voids all pays and plays. If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, we reserve the right to void the affected round and refund the wager. We're not liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond our control.
Collusion, cheating, use of automated software (bots), or any other form of fraudulent play is strictly prohibited. We actively monitor gameplay for suspicious patterns. If we detect any of the above, we'll close your account and withhold any associated funds pending investigation.
Gambling is meant to be entertainment. It's not a way to make money, and it's not something to do when you're stressed, upset, or trying to chase losses. We take responsible gambling seriously and provide tools to help you stay in control.

Mirax provides its services on an 'as is' basis. We don't guarantee that the site will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors. To the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law, we're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms will not exceed the amount you deposited in the 30 days before the claim arose.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable laws of your province or territory. For Ontario players, disputes related to regulated gaming activity may be escalated to iGaming Ontario.
If you have a complaint, start by contacting our support team at [email protected]. We aim to resolve all complaints within 10 business days. If we can't resolve it to your satisfaction, you may have the right to escalate to the relevant regulatory authority in your province.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version on this page and update the 'last updated' date. If the changes are material, we'll notify you by email. Continuing to use the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
